Welcome to Her Garage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the curvesandcurb.com website and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Her Garage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Her Garage is a password-protected, women-only online community dedicated to creating a supportive space where members can share experiences, ask questions, and build friendships centered around car ownership and automotive culture. The Service provides a private forum where women can discuss choosing, owning, maintaining, and enjoying their vehicles in an environment free from judgment and performance pressure.
Our community at curvesandcurb.com operates as a living room for sisters to trade real stories, seek genuine advice, and connect with others who share their automotive interests. The Service may include discussion forums, member profiles, direct messaging, resource libraries, and other community features designed to facilitate meaningful connections and knowledge sharing.
Her Garage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Her Garage is a women-only community. By creating an account, you represent that you identify as a woman and are joining in good faith to participate in our supportive community. We reserve the right to verify membership eligibility and terminate accounts that violate this fundamental principle of our community.
4. Acceptable Use
Her Garage is built on mutual respect, authenticity, and support. When using the Service, you agree to uphold these values and refrain from any behavior that undermines our community's safe and welcoming environment.
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or discriminate against any member
- Post content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or promotes violence
- Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Spam, solicit, or engage in unauthorized commercial activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent
- Share content from the private Her Garage community on public platforms without explicit permission
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
Her Garage is a password-protected space designed to foster trust and vulnerability. Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of discussions that occur within our community. What is shared in Her Garage should stay in Her Garage unless explicit permission is given to share externally.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through curvesandcurb.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Her Garage Content"), are the exclusive property of Her Garage or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Her Garage name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Her Garage or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Other names, logos, and brands mentioned on the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Service or Her Garage Content; (b) modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service or Her Garage Content; (c) download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; or (d) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
6. User Content
Her Garage allows members to post, upload, share, and otherwise make available content, including text, photos, videos, links, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by posting User Content on curvesandcurb.com, you grant Her Garage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any third party
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
Her Garage does not claim ownership of your User Content, but we reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to post any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate or harmful to the community. We are not responsible for monitoring or screening User Content, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any User Content.
You acknowledge that Her Garage acts as a passive conduit for the distribution of User Content and has no obligation to screen User Content in advance. However, we reserve the right to review and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HER GARAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Her Garage does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
The content shared within the Her Garage community, including advice, recommendations, and opinions expressed by members, is for informational and community support purposes only. It should not be considered professional automotive, mechanical, financial, or legal advice. Her Garage and its members are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service.
You acknowledge that any reliance on User Content or other materials available through the Service is at your own risk. Her Garage is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline, or for any User Content posted on the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HER GARAGE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including User Content
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL HER GARAGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HER GARAGE, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Her Garage's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Her Garage, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party, including other users
- Your User Content or any content you post or share on curvesandcurb.com
- Your breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms
Her Garage reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Her Garage in asserting any available defenses.
10. Termination
Her Garage reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Behavior that is harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful to the community
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Her Garage through the contact information provided below. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Her Garage is not obligated to retain or provide you with copies of your User Content upon termination. We encourage you to maintain your own backups of any content you wish to preserve.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Her Garage is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where Her Garage is registered, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact Her Garage to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We believe in the power of communication and will work in good faith to address your concerns.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
12. Changes to Terms
Her Garage reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting a notice on curvesandcurb.com, sending an email to the address associated with your account, or through other reasonable means at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

13. General Provisions

Her Garage's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without Her Garage's prior written consent. Her Garage may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
